Wheeww! It has been a long winter for the boat. She came cleaner and neater. Back in the water she lookes even better. Up coming races at Leukemia and ScrewPile will show her new true colors.

A lot has been going on.

: The Laser was a great help is measuring the forpeak for replacement boards

: Sealing all the holes

: Sealing the deck

: replacing the wood shims for the Lewmar hatch with glass

: sealing all the holes

: More sealing, big holes is where the deck was wet

: Making room for extending the bulkheads

: More room for bulkheads

: New bulkead in fore peak.

: Nida Board bulkhead

: Filling the holes in the cabin top

: these will look pretty once faired and painted.

: Lots of work.

Small vitory I know, but we made a cameo appearance in the video in the local paper. We also are a boat included in the mast head of the site for now. I know it’s small, but hey one small victory for Pterobyte and giant leap for pterokind.
