Move the boat into a warehouse.  It is a great spot, heated, with a mezzanine.  the mezzanine allows me to walk right off the floor onto the transom of the boat.

There is a lot to do this winter:

• Re seat ALL the deck hardware
• Replace all the teak w/ Star Board
• Repair hatch
• Build instrument bridge on hatch
• Redo the topside, new awl grip and paint
• Blast the bottom and re fair it
• Re seat the keel
