I brought the boat down from Cleveland Aug 8, launched it Aug 9, sailed it Aug 10 and have been working on it ever since. The first race for her was September 13 and now it is October 13. Lets see what has been done:
- Consolidated and replaced the electrical panel
- Configured a single point lift - added 8″ port over keel, added quick releases for back stay
- Re bedded the jack stays with backing plates
- Wet sanded the bottom
- R/R the rudder post
- Added a GPS
- Added DC outlet
- Added a Tack Tick wind instrument
- Replace interior lights with LED and add one more LED dome light
- Added solar powered day night vent
- Added line organizers in cabin to hang lines and rigging
- Installed new VHF
- New jib sheets
- New traveler lines
- Replaced backstay with Dyneema, braided ends and new adjustment lines
- Added spreader rollers
- Added life line rollers
- Added life line cushions
- Added Graphics
- Sanded and painted free board
- Added snap shackles to runners
- Doubled vang purchase with Dyneema
- Added 3′ Dyneema tail to mainsheet block to reduce length of main sheet, removed main bail
- Repaired hatch with a layer of glass
- Rebuilt boom
- Installed angles lifts to jam cleats for jib fairlead car
- Installed mast to deck, below decks, turnbuckle for stiffness
- Mounted fire extinguisher
- Installed trailer storage box
- Properly installed outboard tiller extension
